What we keep, and how to be forgotten.
HELM One doesn't exist yet — this page's only job is a waitlist. So we keep as little as we can, and we keep it honest.
What we store
- Your email address — so we can write to you when pre-orders open.
- Your survey answers, if you choose to answer — how disappointed you'd be without HELM, which features matter, and how the price feels.
- Where you came from — basic referral and campaign tags (UTM parameters) so we know which channels bring the right people. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Why
To gauge genuine demand before we commit to a production run, and to reach you once — maybe twice — when there's something real to say. That's it. We don't sell or share your data, and your email never leaves our server for any third party.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It counts visits and events in aggregate. It doesn't identify you and sets no cookies, so there's no banner to click.
How to be deleted
Email privacy@helm.example and we'll erase your record — email, answers, everything — no questions asked. You can also just reply to any email we send.
