What we keep, and how to be forgotten.
HELM One doesn't exist yet — this page's only job is a waitlist. So we keep as little as we can, and we keep it honest.
What we store
- Your email address — so we can write to you when pre-orders open.
- Your survey answers, if you choose to answer — how disappointed you'd be without HELM, which features matter, and how the price feels.
- Where you came from — basic referral and campaign tags (UTM parameters) so we know which channels bring the right people. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
If you register interest in investing
The angel interest form stores your name, your email address, the amount you indicated and your answer about SEIS. We use them only to contact you about investing in HELM, and they are seen only by the founders. Registering interest commits you to nothing. The deletion route below covers these details too.
Why
To gauge genuine demand before we commit to a production run, and to reach you once — maybe twice — when there's something real to say. That's it. We don't sell or share your data, and your email never leaves our server for any third party.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It counts visits and events in aggregate. It doesn't identify you and sets no cookies, so there's no banner to click.
How to be deleted
Email privacy@helm.example and we'll erase your record — email, answers, everything — no questions asked. You can also just reply to any email we send.
